Refunds, partial or otherwise, may be given in extenuating circumstances, but will be at the sole discretion of the owners of this website. In the event that this website and the operators of the Dow Indicator service can no longer continue to function due to an unforseen event(s), it reserves the right to make or not make any pro-rated refunds. Again, all subscribers agree that they have received full value for their monies paid after being able to download any and all information contained in the members area.
